Yarn Shop Reviews Wyoming
All That Yarn

Casper, WY 82601

This yarn shop is a real gem. The owner, Joan Brust is slowly expanding her inventory to include all aspects of the fiber arts. Originally a store for needlework, Joan is adding yarn and patterns for knitters, and is starting to offer fiber for spinners. The fine yarn and needle selection is a welcome change from the basic Red Hart/Lion Brand yarns and supplies available at the large chain stores in town.

I needed to look for a gift for a knitting friend while visiting Jackson, and I found this great store. The saleswoman was so helpful and knowledgeable, and there was nothing but beautiful, high-quality yarn in the store. I'm looking forward to shopping there next time I'm visiting Jackson.

Lucy's Sheep Camp is an adoreable wool shop located behind the owner - Billie Jo's - house and surrounded by her sheep ranch. She raises her own sheep and hand-dyes all her own wool products. She sells all varieties of wool including felt, roving, and yarns, and crafting kits that are perfect for the wool novice (that's me!). They are also fun gifts for children. A few times a year she hosts fiber challenges for the more experienced crafters to show off their talents. My favorite part of the shop are the classes offered year-round. It is so fun to sit in her shop with other knitters and felters making Christmas ornaments or knitting a scarf. 7/10
