The Yarn Barn

Lawrence, KS 66044

The Yarn Barn has a wide variety of yarns, a good supply of accessories, and books. I tend to go there to look for certain accessories, books, or patterns more than yarns. They also have a small selection of needlework kits. For those of you who are interested in weaving, I definitely think you should check out this place. They not only carry the material, but they also sell all sorts of looms.

I love going into their store and dream about my next project. They have a very large selection of all type of fiber materials. You can find anything that you will need to do any type of project. I get along very well with all of their knowledgeable staff. They offer may types of classes that are taught by seasoned teachers. You will love this store for all of its variety from weaving looms to your basic needle supplies. It is the best store that I have been in!

I'm new at knitting and I took my first class at Yarns Sold and Told. The ladies that own this store are so helpful and they have encouraged my new love for knitting. The selection of yarns is amazing and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It is not only a place to pick up yarn but a fun place to hang out. 4/08
