Knitting Stitch PatternsGinghamThis is a fun pattern stitch, reminiscent of old gingham cloth. You must keep the yarn very loose across the 5 slipped sts or the knitting will pucker. If you are using a small number of sts you can knit back and forth on double points; a larger number of sts will required working back and forth on circulars. Please note the directions at the end of the row to turn or slip sts to other end of needle.
