Mosaic Pattern Short Sleeved Pullover Knitting Pattern

Designed by Barbara Breiter

mosaic short sleeved sweater

Mosaic knitting is a simple variation of slip stitch patterns. Only one color per row is used and the wrong side row is always an exact repeat of the right side row...so you never have to look at the pattern to knit the wrong side.

Slip all sts as if to purl with the yarn on the wrong side (in back on right side rows and in front on wrong side rows).

There are a number of variations possible with this knitting pattern. It could be knit with only two colors throughout. Or instead of carrying the red through the entire pattern, you can knit with two entirely different colors each repeat.
