Christmas Wreath Ornament Knitting Pattern

Designed by Barbara Breiter

Christmas Wreath Ornament Knitting Pattern

You can knit this Christmas wreath ornament in less than an hour. I knit it with bulky weight yarn and size 10 US needles but you can use any yarn with the appropriate sized needles. It is about 3 inches.

CO 3 sts. Knit I-Cord about 16 inches long.

Cut yarn and leave a long tail. Thread through tapestry needle and thread through stitches on needle. Pull to close and tighten.

Fold I-Cord in half and twist. Bring the two ends together to form a circle and sew together with tail.

Make a bow and glue or sew it on.

If you want to use it as an ornament, use the remaining tail for a hanging loop. If you would like to use it as a pin, omit the loop.
