Small amount of red and white yarn
Double pointed needles appropriate to the yarn

Instructions
With White, CO 8 sts.
Work I-cord 2 rows.
Work first 4 sts in I-cord and place on holder; do not cut White.
With Red, work the other 4 sts in I-cord for 8". Place on holder.
Pick up White and work the 4 sts from holder in I-Cord for 8".
Twist the two I-cord around each other and BO the 4 sts using the three needle bind off.
