American Girl Doll Muff Knitting Pattern

The pattern for the matching cape is available here.

Materials:
Small amount of black worsted weight novelty yarn
Size 6 US (4.25 mm) needles

Gauge:
20 sts = 4 inches over St st

Instructions
CO 20 sts.
Knit in St st until piece measures 3.5 inches from beg.
BO, leaving a long piece of yarn.
Sew side seams together, leaving the cast on and bind off edges as the openings for the hands to go through.
Use the rest of the attached yarn to go around the neck of the doll and attach to the other side of the muff so that the muff hangs like a necklace.
