Eyelet V's Cloth Knitting Pattern

I discovered Elsebeth Lavold's Hempathy yarn and thought it would make nice face cloths for removing make up and exfoliating. After some experimentation with lace patterns, I came up with the following pattern featuring eyelet V's. You can make one of these in a few hours.

Size:
About 8" wide and 7½" long

Gauge:
About 22 sts=4" in St st

Materials:
1 skein of Elsebeth Lavold's Hempathy
34% hemp/41% cotton/25% nylon
50 grams/153 yards
Size 5 US (3.75 mm) needles or a size that creates a fabric you like.

Instructions
CO 42 sts.
Knit 3 rows.

Begin Pattern:
Row 1: K3, *k4, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k3; rep from *, k3.
Row 2 and all other even numbered rows: K3, purl to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 3: K3, *k2, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k2; rep from *, k3.
Row 5: K3, *k1, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k1; rep from *, k3.
Row 7: K3, *k2tog, yo, k5, yo, sl 1, k1, psso; rep from *, k3.
Row 8: Rep Row 2.
Rep Rows 1-8 once more.

Middle Section:
Repeat three times.
Row 9: K7, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k25, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k6.
Row 10 and all other even numbered rows: K3, purl to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 11: K5, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k22, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k5.
Row 13: K4, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k20, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k4.
Row 15: K3, k2tog, yo, k5, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k18, k2tog, yo, k5, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, k3.
Row 16: Rep Row 10.

Work Rows 1-8 two more times.
