Worsted weight cotton dishcloth yarn (Sugar 'N Cream, Lion Cotton, Bernat Handicraft)
Needles appropriate to yarn (about size 8 US or 5 mm)

Not vital

Instructions:
CO 42 sts.

Rows 1-6: k
Rows 7 and 9: k1, *yo, k2tog; rep from *, end k1
Rows 8 and 10: k1, *yo, p2tog; rep from *, end k1

Rep Rows 1-10 until about 8-10 inches.
K 6 rows.
