Simple Beginner Dishcloth Knitting Pattern

Easy Cloth Knitting Pattern

Swatch shows fewer repeats than pattern.

Materials:
Worsted weight cotton dishcloth yarn (Sugar 'N Cream, Lion Cotton, Bernat Handicraft)
Needles appropriate to yarn (about size 8 US or 5 mm)

Gauge:
Not vital

Instructions:
CO 35 sts.

Work Seed Stitch for 3 rows: *k1, p1; end k1

Row 1: k1, p1, k1, k to last 3 sts, k1, p1, k1
Row 2: k1, p1, k1, p to last 3 sts, k1, p1, k1

Rep Rows 1 and 2 until about 8 to 10 inches.

Work Seed Stitch for 3 rows.
