Join being careful not to twist sts. Mark beg of rnd. K3, P2 across every rnd until work measures 2 inches. Place stitch marker between last 2 purl stitches (begin pattern after last purl stitch). Change to larger needles. Rnd 1: * sl 1, K2, psso, P2; rep to end of rnd Rnd 2: * K1, yo, K1, P2; rep to end of rnd Rnds 3 and 4: K3, P2; rep to end of rnd Repeat Rnds 1 to 4 until work measures 7-7½ inches, ending with Rnd 1. Shape Top Rnd 1: K2, P2 to end of rnd Rnd 2: K2tog, P2tog to end of rnd Rnd 3: K1, P1 to end of rnd Rnd 4: K2tog to end of rnd Rnd 5: Knit Rnd 6: K2 tog to end of rnd Cut yarn, leaving about an 8 inch tail.
